Jordan 1 High OG “Chicago”

[Update 05-29] Nike has cancelled online release of the Air Jordan 1 High OG “Varsity Red” “Chicago”. However, retailers already have their stock on hand.  (Advise from Nike)

The shoe that started it all is retro-ed yet again. Very iconic, thanks to Micheal Jordan’s loyalty to Chicago this will be the ever classic colorway that first released 30 years back. The Jumpman logo from the last release is replaced back with classic Nike Air and swoosh logo on the tongue from the last release. Making it as close to remastering the original.  They also remastered packaging they did way back when you get the shoes unlaced. One to keep in mind in tagging shoes as 100% deadstock and maybe to tell over the counterfeit.  This Saturday, May 30 everyone will be ready to grab a pair, to retire the old or just add to rotation.  Here are links to retail shops:

Lebron 12 Low “Orange”

I’m from the bay area myself. I think this colorway wil be loved by SF Giants fans. I say, only SF Giants and maybe not so such by a fan of both Giants and Warriors. For them right now, it is looking like if GSW wins the Western Conference they may be up against the Cleveland and Lebron so…

But anyways, this hue will be a hit no matter what. Here is the release info:

Nike SB Dunk Low ‘DE LA SOUL’

At the 10th year anniversary of the ‘De La Soul’ Nike SB release.  This Saturday, May 16, along with the Jordan 7 ‘Hare’, Nike releases a low cut version of the colorway of the Nike SB Dunk featuring a baroque brown and green leather with vinyl holographic uppers  in respect to the eclectic hip hop group back in 2005.  A little history behind the this group:

In 1989, Long Island trio De La Soul boldly announced their arrival on a burgeoning hip-hop scene with oodles of clever wordplay, a perfect grip of eclectic samples and a unique point of view the likes of which the genre had never seen before. The result was 3 Feet High and Rising, the group’s classic debut album that largely bucked hip hop trends of the day in favor of a sound one could only characterize as more peace medallion than dookie gold chain. Posdnuos, Trugoy the Dove and PA Mase (aka Plugs 1, 2 and 3) eschewed the typical braggadocio-style of rhyming from that era with a more laid-back leftfield approach, simultaneously expanding any perceived limitations in hip-hop as well as the audience make-up of those who listen to it. Transmitting live from Mars, The DA.I.S.Y. Age (short for Da Inner Sound Ya’ll) had officially begun. (source Nike)

Jordan 7 “Hare” is back!!

Available online on May 16, Saturday from the following US stores (direct size links scroll further down below):

Nike, Footlocker, Eastbay, Champs, Jimmy Jazz, Kicks USA,

This OG colorway is returning this Saturday, May 16. Colorway is almost similar to the OG in 1991. Initial samples came out with faux croc texture in the upper, they tradhed that and decided for the remastered look with the nubuck and smooth leathera. but unlike the OG release which was in a pack with the XVI’s, this time the retro pair is by itself. It comes with a retro card that has the Bugs Bunny silhoutte in the jumpman pose seemingly leaping over a “Hare Jordan” title. Certainly long awaited and favorite of the 7 colorway. This could be a contender in favorite Jordan retros this year. These will drop with all complete family sizing.
